Chipper MAXIM 850 is a machine used mainly in chipping of after
mining remains (lopping), where the maximal power is needed. At the same
time it is also suitable for processing of waste from timber mill operations,
pallets, railroad sleepers and whole tree trunks.
The machine is driven by output tractor shaft through the belt gear with
pneumatic clutch, which secures fluent start up. During electric control of
the machine there is a clutch for a fast switch off drive when sudden rotor
jam occurs. The chipper fan does not depend on the rotor rotations and its
speed can be changed mechanically. Therefore further chimney jam is minimalized.
The chipper is equipped by individual hydraulic circuit which controls all
machine functions with fluent rotation regulation of pull-in belts. The
chipper is controlled by a remote control with electric unit which has a
congestion control. There is a drum rotor installed in the machine with
adjustable knives and pivot blades. The chip size is given by renewable sieves.
The machine is placed onto a tandem chassis with max. Speed up to 40 kph,
there is a pendulum axle for easier passage terrain.

chassis up to 40 kph, jointed shaft with friction clutch, control electronics,
hydraulic circuit with fluent speed regulation of pull-in belts feeding,
sieves with holes 30x30 and 50x50 mm.
